These terms govern your use of the Yearwell app, published by NiftyCall Tech Inc. (“we”). By using Yearwell you agree to them.
The service
Yearwell helps you track retirement withdrawals against a yearly allowance you choose. It is a record-keeping tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not connect to or move money in any financial account.
Your data
Information you enter is stored on your device. You are responsible for its accuracy and for keeping your device secure. See our Privacy Policy.
Yearwell Pro subscriptions
Yearwell Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Refunds are handled under the store’s refund policy.
No warranty
Yearwell is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any financial decisions or losses arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Yearwell after changes means you accept the updated terms.
